Folks, when you send me an inventory, I price the job up based on what you have told me needs moving.
If we turn up to do the job and the list has grown exponentially with loads of items we know nothing about or haven’t been disclosed, then your quote will 100% change.
I quote based on the information I’ve been given!
Nobody goes into a supermarket, pays for 4 items, then grab another dozen things and expect them for nothing!
We are 100% transparent with our costings, nothing hidden, no surprises.
If you are untruthful, forgetful or haven’t read an email properly, this is NOT our responsibility, we always do our job diligently.
Please be honest, it’s in everyone’s interests and saves any fallouts or misunderstandings.
