If it’s a KEY HANDOVER/EXCHANGE, we NEED to know about it.
An ACCURATE inventory MUST be provided, we NEED to know what a job entails to enable us to bring correct equipment, correct staff and accurately delegate our time.
If inventory is innacurate, if information is not provided, the price of a job absolutely will change.
There is zero point in trying to get a cheaper quote by misrepresentation and then complain when the price changes.
We can only go on the information YOU provide!
As much as we try to be friends and accommodating to our customers, we are still a business first and foremost.
